- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My family was so impressed and happy when we walked out of the doors when we first went in for car insurance!! But in the year we've had their service, automatic payments never automatically come out, and every time I talk to them, my monthly bill is higher and higher and higher. Even the road side assitance we thought we had, we don't actually have, so now that we need to use it for the first time, we don't have it, and our truck is stuck on the side of the street.By Emily Johnson, August 28, 2017
