  Why have a reception desk and no receptionist at all? Line of 10 people not being addressed at all. We did have an appointment but wasn't acknowledged until 9:50. The people who do work here need some more help!

  It is not fair to be so hard on these people. They deserve more. Therefore I am giving them a 1.0 when they actually deserve a -15.0. They do not answer the phone so I went there in person and that was even a worse experience. Why are they on this planet? Inexcusable. I am calling Helena now.

  I think the previous reviews must have been written some time ago. Those were certainly not my experience. Frankly, it took longer to get to this website than it did to get into and out of the office with all paperwork completed...a total of 10 minutes from in the door to last signature and pick up the completed temporary license. The place didn't smell of cigarettes, the office personnel were efficient and personable. One of them greeted me at the registration desk, took my name and checked off my appointment time, handed me renewal paperwork to fill out, another woman called me before I was done with the papers, took me to another room and helped complete the paperwork, tested my vision, took the picture, had me sign, took my money, gave me the temp and sent me on my way in just 10 minutes...maybe 11. Most pleased with the experience and I've been raving about it all day!!
