- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I didn't already have accounts with Park Side in Missoula, I would have walked away from this bank and gone somewhere else completely. The Thursday evening ,open til 6pm, is false. At 5:45 pm we were turned away from opening an account . I wished now I would have asked to speak to the manager. You Kalispell people need to come to Missoula to learn how customer service is done! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I opened 2 accounts several years ago , because my daughter banks there. The gal who helped us, and a reason why we went there, is no longer an employee. When I opened 2 accounts, my credit score was lowered because Parkside did 2 credit reviews FOR OPENING ACCOUNTS and depositing money. I have had no great service or helpful support from Parkside, something I used to get from Montana Educators Credit Union and I am searching for a different bank...that is also not a Glacier Bank.By Cass Rocco, June 23, 2017
